On my plate this morning

Fruit Cocktail with almond jelly. :)

It's quick, it's healthy! And here's how to do it:

Open a can of fruit cocktail
Chop up pre-cooked almond gelatin (the instant one will do)

Mix the chopped jello up with the fruit cocktail.

This is best served cold, and it's really refreshing. :)
