Sharing my breakfast for the day:
Had granola with low-fat milk and milk tea. Low-fat because low-fat is easier on my stomach. Actually, I know it tastes better with soy or yogurt but I arrived late that night so there was no time to shop. It was a quick pick-me-upper and energizer since I had work that day plus the fiber totally cleansed my system.
Healthier than my sugar-loaded cereal without sacrificing taste, I think I better scout more of these babies in the grocery. The dried goji berry bits, almonds, and powdered cinnamon-sugar mix helped too.
